Must Have

2+ years vendor management experience, 2+ years interacting with customers/stakeholders, 1+ years program or project management experience, Experience using data to influence business decisions, Knowledge of SQL, Knowledge of Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas), Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, Experience managing projects, Experience working independently, Experience dealing well with ambiguity, Experience prioritizing needs, Experience delivering measurable results in an agile environment, Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Italian

Nice to Have

Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, Knowledge of SQL, Knowledge of Quick-sight, Experience creating process improvement procedures, Knowledge of tools such as Sharepoint, Knowledge of SIM-ticketing, Knowledge of project management tools, Experience using scripts
