B2 Certification minimum (Italian), 2+ years vendor/account/catalog management, 2+ years interacting with customers/stakeholders, 1+ years program or project management, Experience using data to influence decisions, Knowledge of advanced Excel, Excellent business communication, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to work in a team
Nice to Have
Knowledge of macros, Knowledge of data analytics, Ability to drive process improvements, Ability to drive procedure improvements, Knowledge of Sharepoint, Knowledge of SIM-ticketing, Knowledge of project management tools, Experience using scripts
