What You'll Do.

Support the Global Data Technology (GDT) portfolio of contracts

including new agreements

and renewals of existing agreements

Support annual software renewals

Support the appropriate procurement activity to submit and manage intake request post triage

Support invoice processing for GDT leveraging existing tools and shared services at Manulife

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for GDT vendor management processes

Work with software support teams and key stakeholders to own and maintain software platform users and asset tracking tools

and maintain software chargeback models to provide monthly cost allocations for Finance and business stakeholders

Prepare related reporting and analysis as needed

including active software contracts

licensing reviews and spend analysis

Support the governance model with relation to vendor engagements

Coordinate and facilitate vendor meetings and events as needed

Conduct data analytics on vendor spend and identify optimization opportunities

Manage data sets used for software and vendor management reporting and dashboards

ensuring data integrity and usability

Manage the centralized MS O365 Outlook team mailbox

ensuring timely triage and response to vendor-related inquiries
