H.S. Diploma/GED, One (1) year to Three (3) years or more in sales and/or customer service experience, computer skills that include: Word, Excel, Internet Advanced

What You'll Do.

Frontline Sales Representative for Vehicle Sales

Executing the UTC’s marketing plan

Coordinating outbound marketing efforts

Acting as liaison between Asset Management

Rental and Lease product Lines

Responsible for the overall accuracy and content of the Lead Tracker database

Understanding of the used vehicle market place and local competitors

Covering for the VSM at their location

as well as other locations when needed

Structuring and selling all ancillary products (Finance and Extended Warranty)

Developing and expanding relationships with existing customer base

Installing sold signs/marking vehicles as directed

Managing overall effectiveness of the UTC website for content and data accuracy

Providing feedback for development

Accountable for all vehicle inventory movement within the UTC’s area of operations

Maintaining key tracking system for inventory management and vehicle security

Responsible for Vehicle quality and appearance utilizing washing

and vehicle exercise program

Performing weekly yard check with required documentation from off-site locations

Driving truck within the UTC boundaries to properly align inventory

Managing unit files and sales recording systems including titling

and legal sale documents

Managing mandatory compliance requirements

Safety STAR Program and related company communications/initiatives

collecting funds accurately and timely

Managing the UTC supply inventory

Maintaining vehicle sales compliance with local

Federal and other regulating agencies

Increasing location sales by assisting with all the aspects of the sales process

Maximizing proceeds for vehicles sold by improving retail activity

Maximizing sale time by providing sales support to the VSM

Maximizing customer retention by enhancing the sales process and reaching out to new and existing customers

Ensuring the location is Sarbanes Oxley compliant in all required areas

Maximizing productivity by maintaining a neat and orderly work environment in all areas to the UTC

Performing other duties as assigned
