Must Have

2+ years of professional experience in operations or support role, Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year, Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years, Successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire, Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment, Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time

Nice to Have

Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM, Prior experience in the automotive sector, A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related discipline

Ensure readiness of inventory

Track inventory accuracy

Monitor and manage physical vehicle inventory

Keep lots clean and well organized

Conduct lot walks and physical inventory

Inform internal allocations team of inventory needs

Ensure inventory is well-maintained and appealing

Perform software updates

Manage lease return vehicles

Manage trade-in vehicles

Manage fleet vehicles

Coordinate logistics for vehicle movements

Monitor inbound shipments of vehicles

Perform vehicle intake inspection

Verify vehicle intake inspection

Ensure inbound cars comply with quality standards

Liaise with Service team for repair work

Assist with new vehicle deliveries

Assist with daily operations
