SOSi is seeking a Vehicle Mechanic to join our team supporting maintenance and repair with an emphasis on glass replacement, brakes and suspension work of our government customers’ vehicles. Essential Job Duties * Service a wide range of foreign and domestic sedans, trucks, SUVs, and vans both armored and un-armored (with the priority on armored). * Conduct vehicle condition inspections. * Work with computerized shop equipment and electronic components while also maintaining experience and skills with traditional hand tools. * Use specific manufacturers and aftermarket diagnostic tools to include, but not limited to: scan, brake, air conditioning, and transmission tools. * Understand and use vehicle electrical schematics. * Perform required administrative paperwork for vehicle repairs and diagnostics. ## Qualifications Minimum Requirements * Must have current SECRET government security clearance. * Minimum 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience. * Possess ASE certification. * Possess mobile HVAC certification. * Experience in vehicle condition inspections. * Technically trained to work with computerized shop equipment and electronic components while also maintaining experience and skills with traditional hand tools. * Experience with, and training in, using specific manufacturers and aftermarket diagnostic tools to include, but not limited to: scan, brake, air conditioning, and transmission tools. * Experience with, and training in, understanding and using vehicle electrical schematics. ## Additional Information Work Environment * Ability to perform required administrative paperwork for vehicle repairs and diagnostics. * Nationwide U.S. location with ability to deploy overseas periodically for vehic
