As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team.This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. What You’ll Do: Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues. Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently. Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools. Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow. Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
