Light to Medium Physical Work, Frequent standing, watching, touching, listening, walking, talking, Potential running, jumping, yelling in emergency situations, Color, depth perception and field of vision comparable to definitions for Clerical, Administrative, Machine Operators (including inspection) positions, Inside and outside environmental working conditions, Temperature changes, Outside weather conditions, Elevated ambient noise levels, Minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems, Fumes, odors and dusts associated with internal and external service station/convenience food and petroleum dispensing operations, Pass a complete background check
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least eighteen (18) years of age, Qualified to operate a motor vehicle, Possess a valid driver’s license, Read, write, and communicate effectively in English, Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, 1 year Automotive experience, Mechanical Aptitude, Ability to enter data on a hand held device, Ability to identify previous repair, Ability to identify basic mechanical issues
Nice to Have
Automotive experience: Repair Shop, Educational, Hobby
What You'll Do.
Manage complaints or incidents
Inspect vehicles for signs of wear
Complete inspection of vehicles
Ensure adherence to program
Capture data accurately
Work comfortably with software
Deliver results in timely manner
Maintain productivity levels
Collaborate on customer needs
Provide insights to improve services
Maintain equipment and tools properly
Advise manager of equipment issues
Ensure vehicles are in clean condition
Submit completed condition reports
Complete road test if required
Keep current on technology updates
Understand tool functionality
Develop and maintain knowledge
Perform other duties as assigned
