Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or software engineering, 5 years of experience in automotive ECU Hardware & Software development, Previous experience working in a global development organization, 5 years of experience in identifying and solving root cause of complex problems, 2 years leading and mentoring others, Working knowledge of CAN databus, Working knowledge of embedded controllers, 5 years of experience using Vector tools, 3 years of experience in model-based SW development tools and methods, 3 years of experience with AUTOSAR ECUs, 5 years of experience in developing and analyzing electrical circuits, 3 years of experience with body control features, 3 years of experience with system in trucks or commercial vehicles, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Over 3 years of experience in ECU component owner role, Functional safety ISO26262, Cybersecurity development experience
What You'll Do.
Develop next generation of IO family
Lead and coordinate development of IO Cabin
Lead and coordinate development of IO Cab Expansion
Lead and coordinate development of IO Chassis
Lead and create technical specification of IOs
Align pinning for all IOs
Identify technical concept for PIN control
Coordinate technical spec development
Meet with I/O suppliers
Align technical concept with suppliers
Review product offering with suppliers
Align project timelines
Align issue resolving
Support Demo Truck activities
Adapt ASAM for demonstrations
Mentor junior engineers
Delegate technical asks
Guide engineers through resolution
Report to stakeholder
