High school diploma, GED or equivalent, 5+ years automotive production experience, 5+ years quality control experience, Hands-on technical analysis experience, Familiarity with assembly tools, Familiarity with equipment, Familiarity with general assembly processes, Experience with VDA standards, Problem-solving skills, Analytical skills, DMAIC methodologies understanding, Excellent writing skills, Data driven mindset, Evidence-based mindset, Attention to detail, Organizational skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a team, Hands-on electrical systems analysis, Hands-on mechanical assemblies analysis, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency in Quality Management software, Ability to solve manufacturing problems, Ability to solve general assembly problems, Ability to solve plant problems, Passport required
