What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), Demonstrated skills and experience in higher education teaching and assessment design aligned with VE pedagogical frameworks, Competency-based assessment, Ensuring current and contemporary vocational competence, Experience in relevant industry, Substantial discipline knowledge, Capacity to diagnose learning problems, Demonstrated skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies, Bachelor's Degree or above, Certificate 4 Training & Assessment (enrolled or finished), Passing a Working with Children and National Police Check
Nice to Have
Industry-experienced educator, Understanding of the contemporary business environment and its practical application within vocational education, Valuable industry knowledge in information systems and logistics, Experience across business operations, commerce, and technology-driven environments, Ability to connect theory with real-world practice, Engaging students through relevant and industry-informed learning experiences, Background in Interdisciplinary business concepts, Business information systems, Logistics/supply chain management, Supporting students to develop practical, workplace-ready skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Collaborative approach to teaching, Commitment to student success and inclusive learning practices, Adaptable, Organised, Committed to maintaining high educational standards in a dynamic vocational education environment
