Must Have
Demonstrated expertise in literacy and/or numeracy education, Ability to deliver contextualised foundation skills support within vocational education settings, Ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams in a co-teaching environment, understanding of adult learning principles, experience supporting diverse learners, Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, digital literacy skills, ability to implement innovative technologies and digital tools
Nice to Have
Specialisation in numeracy or mathematics, Secondary school teaching experience, Genuine passion for teaching contextualised numeracy to adult vocational learners, AI literacy, Willingness to learn and use emerging technologies, Secondary school teachers with current VIT registration
