Manage day-to-day operations
Review TicketMaster feedback
Log nonproductive time
Monitor workflow changes
Communicate necessary information
Monitor agent performance data
Analyze agent performance metrics
Identify areas for improvement
Discuss concerns with Operations Lead
Provide leadership to agents
Set performance expectations
Provide guidance to agents
Provide coaching to agents
Provide support to agents
Support onboarding new employees
Support transferred employees
Ensure training for new employees
Ensure support during ramp up
Lead daily team huddles
Conduct one-on-one meetings
