This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Facilitate problem solving using technology and collaboration with project teams, both internal and external Coordinate workload for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s) Manage modeling efforts and deliverables to solve construction issues Understand and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule by tracking responsibilities and providing progress updates Identify and facilitate resolution of coordination conflicts using clash detection in Navisworks Lead clash resolution and coordination meetings, ensuring all items are completed Use modeling best practices and company standards to produce accurate models Conduct quality reviews of modeled scope from others and confirm compliance with contract documents Apply concepts from training sessions and lessons learned to facilitate project coordination Understand and implement VDC services in accordance with standards and best practices Contribute to VDC goals and company initiatives Qualifications Required: 0–4 years of BIM/VDC experience working on commercial construction projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Enginee
