Must Have
2+ years modeling & detailing electrical systems, Proficient using Autodesk software, Experience using Revit add-on software, Experience with Microsoft Office software, Experience using pdf viewers and markup software, General knowledge of electrical systems, Experience navigating and interpreting construction documents, Experienced in exporting files to Total Station, Knowledge of construction processes, Ability to operate, access and maintain diverse software applications, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent in communication and collaboration, Attention to detail, Ability to multi-task, Ability to project timelines, Meet strict deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience using eVolve Electrical, Experience with prefabricated electrical assemblies, Field experience installing electrical systems, Code knowledge for electrical systems, Experienced in using GTP- Stratus design & manufacturing software, Experience in managing teams, Experience with multiple cloud-based platforms, Experience with task and workflow management tools, Experience with industrialized construction, Experience training others in 3D design and BIM software
What You'll Do.
clash free BIM models
Produce detailed fabrication & installation drawings
Produce LOD200-400 electrical system models
Upload models for coordination
Maintain daily updates on work progress
fabrication and installation drawings
Produce design drawings from sketches
Export files for hangers
Produce clash reports
Create a fully constructible clash free electrical system
Identify cost effective means and methods
Produce 3D design drawings
Produce prefabrication isometrics
Collaborate and coordinate with trade partners
Resolve coordination and design road blocks
Attend BIM coordination meetings
Assist in BIM protocols development
Liaise with field staff
Interpret and amend models
Remain up to date with drawing management
Upload project files to cloud platform
Create material procurement schedules
Create material requisitions
Provide accurate estimate for task durations
Deliverable production
Collaborate with sub-contractors
Collaborate with client consultants
Ensure excellence in customer experience
Ensure compliance with Company Policies
Adhere to Company procedures
