Together, we can build a better world. TheVDC Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and assistance of the VDC/BIM development on a project by project basis. Assisting design teams of consultants, trade contractors and operations staff in utilizing VDC to deliver successful projects. The individual will work closely with all departments and staff within Chandos to ensure VDC is used to its fullest potential on a project to project basis The Tasks: * Lead, coach and mentor all internal project team members to achieve the project deliverables * Determine all resources required to complete assigned projects in accordance with the project commitments * Guide the team in the structure and delivery of project bids, budgeting, and other pre-construction services * Once the project has been awarded, manage the client relationship to ensure a gr
