Perform and validate lifecycle operations including patching, upgrades, certificate rotations, and platform remediation. Provision and optimize workload domains and shared hosting resources for internal customers. Troubleshoot platform issues across compute, storage, and network layers with limited supervision. Build, maintain, and improve IaC templates, golden images, and standard deployment patterns. Monitor service performance, utilization, and growth trends; recommend remediation or capacity adjustments. Partner with adjacent teams on issue resolution involving virtualization, storage, networking, and server platforms. Participate in on-call rotation and serve as a primary technical responder for common platform incidents. Contribute to runbook development, operational standardization, and service improvement efforts. Support adoption of additional VCF platform tools and related private cloud services. Assist with automation of recurring operational tasks and manual workflows. Schedule & Presence:  This on-site role supports 24/7 operations through real-time collaboration, standard shifts occur within a 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM window, Monday through Friday.  Additionally, this position requires scheduled on-call flexibility and the ability to remain reasonably reachable during off-hours for critical business continuity.
