What You'll Do.
Lead VAT Monitoring program
Perform continuous assessments of controls
Conduct reviews of VAT policies
Identify gaps for new controls
Identify additional controls
Support launch of monitoring mechanisms
Deep dive into defects
Support root cause analysis
Support risk assessment
Support identification of remediation plans
Own and maintain issue register
Track control defects
Track remediation plans
Track workstream progress
Ensure remediation plans are current
Align remediation plans with issue register
Coordinate with control owners
Drive closure of issues
Identify and document SOP alignment gaps
Resolve SOP alignment gaps
Prepare and present detailed reports
Provide updates to senior leadership
Expand Monitoring program into new areas
Expand Monitoring program into new products
Establish feedback loops
Ensure monitoring insights translate into improvements
How You'll Work.
