Primary Function of this Position: Position Summary The Solution Architect — Varicent ICM serves as the technical and functional authority for the enterprise Varicent platform across the organization. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of complex incentive compensation solutions using both Varicent Designer and Varicent Studio. You will bring an AI first mindset with experience in using LLM models and machine learning to create organizational value. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and IT to translate intricate global compensation plans into scalable, performant, and maintainable Varicent configurations.
