With $5.7 billion in annual revenues, 27,000 professionals, and $109 billion in assets under management, Colliers is committed to accelerating the success of our clients, investors, and people worldwide. * Participate in valuation projects and deliver accurate reports * Perform thorough due diligence on property details * Conduct site visits and collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports * Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports * Build and maintain strong client relationships ## Qualifications * University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate/Surveying/Property Management or related disciplines * 1+ years of any real estate related work experience. Fresh Graduates will be considered as well * Solid knowledge of real estate markets, valuation methodologies and industry regulations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data * Effective communication and client relationship management skills * Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail * High proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel * Good command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
