What You'll Do.
Primary supervisor and team executor within a production or depot manufacturing environment.
Accountable for the daily execution.
Execute operational schedules
Accountability for production
and direct daily supervision of bargaining unit team members.
Direct supervision and responsibility for 20+ bargaining unit employees and additional support/technical personnel.
Execution and sustainment of product focused processes
equipment and test architecture.
Perform a wide variety of improvements
efforts and initiatives related to the factory manufacturing system.
Assisting with labor forecasts and Estimates at Compete (EACs) for the touch employees.
Execute priorities relating to safety

Team & Collaboration
Member of a cross functional team which includes the Value Stream Manager (VSM), Production Support team (ME, PTE, IE, QE, PC) and Production engineering/test support team.; Collaborating with functional management.; Collaboration and communication with upstream and downstream VSLs and leadership.; Interact with support engineering, supply chain, and quality with respect to project schedules.
