Must Have
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, Proficiency with AutoCAD, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Effective communication and teamwork skills, Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
Experience with Minitab, Experience with simulation tools

Assist in updating production standards
Map current-state operations
Document material flow
Support SMED activities
and interpret manufacturing data
Prepare reports and presentations
Support tracking of operational performance metrics
Update facility and equipment layouts
Revise or create Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure documentation aligns with standards
and maintenance teams
Participate in daily operations meetings
Support communication of improvement initiatives
