Bachelor degree in Business, 8+ years experienced business professional, Significant years in top management consultancy, Extensive exposure to Insurance/ Financial Services, Proven strategic thinking skills, Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, Focus on data-driven decision-making, Solid PMO experience, Track record of high-quality, end-to-end program execution, Involving multiple cross-functional teams, Numerical capabilities, Commercial acumen, Ability to structure clear and compelling communications, For senior executive audiences, Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, Excellent leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, Able to communicate with senior executives effectively, Obtain relevant license if job involves regulated activities
Nice to Have
Post graduate degree is a plus, PMO experience is preferable
