What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of healthcare analytics, population health, or value-based care experience, Experience supporting Medicare ACO programs - MSSP, ACO REACH, LEAD, etc., Skill and experience with SQL / SQL editors (i. e. , Snowflake), data visualization / reporting tools (i. e. PowerBI), information processing tools (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Skill and experience in quantitative analysis with reasoning ability, Curiosity and drive to quickly learn and understand new systems and processes, Ability to independently manage complex, simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines and with limited resources
Nice to Have
Graduate degree in Business, Healthcare Analytics, or Healthcare Administration preferred, Expertise in revenue cycle management, claims management / claims processing, and / or healthcare coding preferred
What You'll Do.
Produce and maintain ACO reporting package
Analyze ACO datasets and claims files
Identify trends and compare against benchmarks
Translate data findings into actionable insights
Support financial and quality analyses
Validate data accuracy and completeness
Develop dashboards and visualizations
Leverage data to automate business processes
Stay current on CMS program requirements
Coordinate timely production and submission of reports
Advise on design of data formats
Present information on conference calls
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Clinical, Operations, Data, and Finance teams; Partner with Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams; Work with Data Analytics team on issue resolution; Partner with Data Analytics team to develop dashboards; Work effectively with both clinical and administrative management and staff
Communication Scope
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Communicate and work effectively with both clinical and administrative management and staff
Process & Methodology
Independently manage complex, simultaneous assignments
