Must Have

Our continued success depends on it! **Responsibilities** ** _(i) Access within Territory_** You will be focused on territories ensuring that funding and access channels to Omnipod products are opened up and/or remain open and that there are no payer or system restrictions preventing availability of the technology in line with national policy and the choices of people with diabetes and their physicians. You will develop relationships across the payer and advocacy landscape. You will provide internal account support to the sales managers and their teams on access-related issues. You will explore and execute strategies in key accounts that create enhanced access for Omnipod technology. **_(ii) Market Access Strategy_** As members of the SPAIN market access team (which is in turn part of an international team), the Market Access Managers both deliver strategic insight to aid good decision-making and help co-create and shape strategies that advance the market access potential of both Insulet and Omnipod. You will contribute to a multi-stakeholder engagement plan for delivery at regional level. You will contribute to the broader Market Access Iberia and EU strategy by sharing local insights as well as supporting tender management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations with hospital networks and regional health services. **_(iii) Team Development and Capabilities_** You will be : Managing data, data analysis and data-based too
