Our focus is on a series of services, such as valuations to support financial reporting, M&A, tax and corporate reorganizations as well as valuation advice including deal pricing and value consulting to support management decisions related to transactions and corporate planning. In short, upon being a member of our team, you will support clients to make profound strategic decisions on value, better conduct business transactions and decisions, and satisfy regulatory requirements leveraging your professional skills and in-depth industry knowledge. **The Opportunity :****** As a Valuations Senior Associate, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: * Understand the business/assets being valued, its historical and projected performance as well as key strengths and challenges * Conduct financial research into industry and general economic conditions, discount rates/cost of capital, valuation multiples for relevant public companies and precedent transactions * Engage clients in discussions around their business, including operations and financial items to further our valuation analysis * Prepare complex valuation models to support and arrive at valuation conclusions * Assist in report preparation Perform audit support work including the review of purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment assessments and private equity portfolio company valuations * As part of the Deals group, you will work with colleagues across all lines of services to deliver valuations alongside other services provide
