Must Have
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience), 3~5 years experience in laboratory, testing, or engineering environments, Understanding of experimental testing methodologies, Understanding of technical documentation and engineering drawings, Written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to structured testing, data handling, or quality systems, Familiarity with QMS principles (ISO/GMP exposure beneficial), Familiarity with 6-sigma, Familiarity with Data management systems (Excel, databases, LIMS/PLM preferred), Vape or Cannabis experience is an asset
