What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work, One (1) month related experience and/or OR equivalent combination of education and experience, Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, Ability to read and write standard English language, Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization, Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money, Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems, Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed

What You'll Do.
Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests
Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely
Assist guests with luggage
including delivery and pick up
friendly and professional demeanor
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet
Use guest last names during interactions
Use salutation of the day and welcome guests
Practice proper phone etiquette
Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
Drive slowly and cautiously
Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions
reservations and other inquiries
Provide guests with information about outlets
and local attractions
items and/or guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to appropriate places
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
Issue claim checks and collect claim checks
Complete and maintain all ticket information
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles

Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour plus **DAILY CASH TIPS**. **Work Schedule:** The work schedule for this position is **SHIFT START TIMES ARE AVAILABLE FROM 6AM - 2PM/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING!!** **Benefits:** Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits.
