Must hold a valid driver’s license, Ability to operate a manual transmission, Perform parallel parking, Regularly required to talk or hear, Frequently required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, May be required to walk, Handle or feel objects, tools or reach with hands, Climb balance, Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, Up to 50 pounds of force frequently, Up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, Majority of work performed outdoors for extended periods, Subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather, Travel of up to 5% may be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable), One (1) month related experience and/or OR equivalent combination of education and experience, Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, Ability to read and write standard English language, Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization, Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money, Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems, Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed, Perform parallel parking
Nice to Have
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Provide exceptional hospitality services
Park and retrieve guest vehicles
Assist guests with luggage
Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
Use guest last names during interactions
Welcome guests to the location
Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
Post up in designated areas
Drive vehicles slowly and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services
Open vehicle and hotel doors
Assist guests with directions
Provide guests with information
items and/or guest amenities
Shuttle guests to appropriate places
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
Complete and maintain all ticket information
Locate vehicle on key tags
Calculate and collect revenue
