What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 3 years field sales experience working with hospital-based healthcare professionals, Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets, communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare teams, Fluent in conversational English is an advantage, Local language and cultural knowledge of Taiwan required, Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to inform territory decisions

Nice to Have

Experience in a teaching hospital or large medical centre, Background in vaccines, infectious disease, or related therapeutic area, Ability to interpret clinical data and present findings clearly to clinicians, Established network of hospital contacts in Taiwan, Experience working across cross-functional or matrix teams, planning and organisational skills, including managing budgets and territory plans

Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital specialists
