Must Have
Prior planning experience and formal training demonstrated through previous employment, prior experience applicable to Project Planning, English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
Nice to Have
Previous work in the vaccines industry (Clinical activities) would be of value, Planisware experience would be an advantage, Knowledge on Vaccines Development life cycle would be an asset, Proficiency in French would be a plus

Develop and manage operational plan
Manage associated resources
Deliver project objectives
Facilitate monthly update meetings
Ensure development and control of schedules
manage and update planning
Anticipate constraints
Create and update operational activities and FTEs
Monitor and update activity progress
Ensure resource plan aligns with strategy
Ensure data quality in planning tool
Support continuous improvement
Act as super user of resource management tool
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in close partnership with functional project team members; Work in close partnership with functional Project Managers; Work in close partnership with Project Planning Managers; Work in close partnership with Resource Management Officers; Cooperation transversally; Coordinate activities and work remotely
Communication Scope
English skills (verbal and written); ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
