Serve as primary contact for guests

Respond to guest inquiries via Airbnb

Manage end-to-end reservation process
Convert guest inquiries to bookings
Assist guests in altering reservations
Assist guests in canceling reservations
Follow up with guest inquiries
Process guest payments
Respond to guest reviews
