Adjust demand packages based on attorney direction and coverage limits
Prepare complete demand packages for attorney review
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage
and demand submissions
Verify accuracy of financial information
including medical costs
out-of-pocket expenses
and insurance payments
Submit approved demand packages to insurance adjusters
and document required personal
and insurance information
Drafting legal documents including Letters of Protection
Serve as the primary point of contact for more than 100 active personal injury clients
Conduct consistent follow-up outreach based on the stage of each case
Manage approximately 45–50 calls per week and 200+ emails/messages per week
