Must Have
Sales-driven legal intake or client-facing experience required, High-volume inbound and outbound communication environment
Nice to Have
English proficiency bilingual skills preferred
What You'll Do.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective legal clients
Manage inbound inquiries
Guide high-potential prospects through the intake process
Convert qualified leads into scheduled attorney consultations
Deliver a professional and seamless intake experience aligned with brand standards
Ensure a smooth handoff from intake to the legal team
Schedule consultations between prospective clients and attorneys
Follow up consistently with prospects to convert consultations into retained clients
Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria and urgency
Conduct initial intake conversations using a sales-oriented approach
and digital inquiries from prospective clients
Draft and send intake and follow-up email communications
Track communication history
and conversion stages
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and client records in HubSpot CRM
Manage calendars and coordinate availability for intake calls and consultations
