Send weekly status reports covering all intake matters
Treat all PNCs with respect and empathy

Ensure all intake matters are properly tracked and progressing in a timely manner
Monitor and ensure all lead sources are functioning properly (e.g.

Proactively remind the Attorney to review intake matters when needed
Keep PNCs informed with regular updates regarding their case status
