What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role, Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping tools and design methodologies, Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles, combined with a consultancy mindset to effectively align design solutions with business goal, facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate and prioritize effectively in multi-cultural environments, Experience working across various methodologies and levels of project complexity, analytical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills, Advanced proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience in banking, insurance, or financial projects, with a understanding of multi-device interaction models and ecosystems, Experience working in highly matrixed organizations or large-scale corporate environments, applying design systems and systems thinking, Active contribution to design communities, including leading design initiatives or mentoring peers
