What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product development environment, understanding of Human-Centered Design principles, UX methodologies, and user research techniques, Proven experience creating information architecture, user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs, portfolio demonstrating analytical thinking, UX process, and native mobile solutions, Proficiency with design and collaboration tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, Mural, or similar, Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences, communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions, Experience validating ideas and improving solutions through user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder insights, Familiarity with AI-powered tools and features including Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies, Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, Experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating design team activities, Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset, communication skills and fluent English
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience, Experience in Behavior Design and usability testing methodologies, Familiarity with platforms such as UserTesting. com or similar usability testing tools, Experience designing B2B, B2C, enterprise, web, and mobile applications, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Knowledge of native iOS and Android design guidelines and best practices, understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG 2. 1 compliance, Experience working with international teams and global enterprise products
