What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with user interface design & interaction design. Experience working with mobile app design. Excellent knowledge of user-centred design best practices and proven ability to apply them. Understanding of native app design systems. Knowledge on haptics, microanimations, etc. Ability to create lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes and present them in clear and well-reasoned ways. Proficiency in working with design and prototyping tools (Figma). problem-solving and data-backed decision-making skills. ownership mindset and analytical thinking. Evidence of experience in shipping product design solutions.
