What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces, understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design, Experience building wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, Ability to present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders effectively
Nice to Have
Experience designing SaaS products, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms, Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for smoother developer collaboration, Experience maintaining scalable design systems, Exposure to analytics tools, heatmaps, and usability testing platforms, Experience optimizing user flows for engagement and conversion
