What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design roles, portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, UI systems, and user-centered design work, High proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools, understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design, Experience creating user flows, design systems, and interactive prototypes, Ability to balance creativity with practical problem-solving and business objectives, communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams, visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, and hierarchy, Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on feedback, Detail-oriented mindset with execution and organization skills

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that improve usability, engagement, and conversion. We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly comfortable turning ideas into responsive, user-centered designs that align with both business goals and user needs.
