3+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer, understanding of user-centered design principles and user psychology, Experience in usability testing and gathering user feedback, Skills in creating personas and translating data into design decisions, Ability to design wireframes and prototypes, Creative problem-solving approach to usability challenges, communication skills and ability to present design concepts

Experience working with Figma
What You'll Do.
Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces based on product discussions
Focusing on UI design
and interactive prototypes
Iterating designs based on feedback from a test user group
Proactively suggesting improvements and new design solutions
Helping establish UX/UI processes and collaboration with the dev team
Ensuring consistency with existing designs while evolving the design system
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and development team; Participating in Agile (Kanban) ceremonies and team meetings; collaboration with the dev team
