What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of professional Web UX/UI Design experience., A degree in UX/UI Design, or a related field., A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, attention to detail, and user-centered design — ideally including conversion-focused or data-informed work., proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite., Solid experience creating interactive prototypes., Solid knowledge of responsive design., A fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to work with Front End Developers and understand development limitations., Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)., A proven track record of adapting your UX/UI style to suit different industries and target markets., Detail-oriented, consistently meeting and exceeding high standards of accuracy and quality., A strategic Designer who can stay focused on the business objective of any digital experience while keeping the user's experience in mind., A creative problem solver who can think quickly on your feet to come up with innovative solutions to unique problems., Evidence-driven and able to effectively use data & research insights to guide decisions and persuade others., Capable of working within established systems, standards, and procedures., Supportive and committed to always completing tasks on time., Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Able to adapt your UX/UI style to suit different industries and target markets., Self-motivated and able to work independently, while thriving as a collaborative team player who takes design feedback constructively and can confidently explain recommendations with evidence when questioned., Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance and accelerate your design workflow.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for A or multivariate testing environments is a asset., Copywriting or microcopy experience is a plus, particularly for writing variation copy for A tests., Familiarity with structuring designs to support AI-assisted development workflows is a plus.
