Full Job Description

Clinically AI is a healthcare AI company transforming how clinicians, administrators, compliance teams, and healthcare organizations manage documentation, chart auditing, and operational workflows through artificial intelligence. We are seeking a UX/UI Designer (AI Workflow & Product Experience) to shape the next generation of AI-native healthcare workflows and operational user experiences. This is not a traditional visual design role focused only on polished interfaces or static design systems. This role sits at the intersection of workflow design, human-computer interaction, AI usability, operational systems thinking, and healthcare workflow optimization. You will help design experiences that allow clinicians, administrators, compliance teams, and operational users to confidently integrate AI into their daily work. This includes reducing cognitive load, improving workflow clarity, designing AI-assisted interactions, and helping users trust and operationalize AI systems inside real-world healthcare environments. The ideal candidate thinks deeply about workflows, systems, usability, behavior, and operational reality, not just screens. You should be excited by designing AI-native experiences where prompting, structured outputs, human review, workflow orchestration, and operational trust all matter. This role will work closely with product, engineering, implementation, and leadership teams in a highly collaborative and fast-moving startup environment. KEY ATTRIBUTES TO SUCCEED: - Workflow-Centered Design Thinking You think beyond interfaces and care deeply about how users actually move through operational workflows. - AI-Native UX Thinking You understand how AI changes interaction patterns, usability expectations, trust models, and workflow behavior. - Systems Thinking You understand how workflows, users, data structures, AI outputs, and operational processes connect together. - User Empathy You care deeply about reducing friction and improving usability for real user
