What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in UX, UI, product design, UX engineering, interaction design, or workflow design roles, Experience designing workflow-heavy or operational software products, understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction patterns, Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and production-ready interface systems, Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, conversational UX, structured outputs, or AI-native interfaces, systems thinking and workflow mapping capabilities, Active daily user of AI tools in your workflow
Nice to Have
Healthcare technology or clinical workflow experience, Experience designing enterprise SaaS or operational platforms, Experience with design systems and frontend collaboration, UX engineering or frontend implementation experience, Familiarity with clinician-facing workflows, compliance systems, or administrative healthcare operations
