We are looking for a dynamic UX Researcher, who will shape how millions of candidates discover and join Amazon. The ATA User Research will produce insights that will help Amazon to ensure that hiring processes scale effectively across all levels of recruitment - from warehouse associates to senior executives. You'll be part of an innovative team taking a fresh look at the future of work, collaborating with UX designers, product managers, engineers, research science and data analyst teams to understand the needs of candidates, employees, managers, and HR teams globally. Your research will drive strategic improvements in both high-volume operational hiring and specialized corporate recruitment processes, directly impacting how we build and grow our global workforce for the next decade of AI/LLM advancements in both our research methods and the products we build. Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end research process and execute research roadmaps - Select and implement appropriate research methodologies - Analyze data to determine key findings and recommendations - Deliver high-quality research and insightful reports - Translate user insights into actionable recommendations - Conduct research interviews and moderate sessions effectively Basic Qualifications: - 3 - 5 years proven success leading user research projects with demonstrated impact - End-to-end experience with research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) - strong grasp of quantitative data analysis, specifically with multivariate analysis and interpretation - conducting research for
