Must Have
Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field, Portfolio demonstrating visual/UI design skills and understanding of design thinking, Working knowledge of Figma, Solid understanding of how design systems and component-based design work, Exposure to usability testing or user research methods, Attention to detail, Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with design libraries, components, and variants, Genuine willingness to deepen expertise on the job, Curious, adaptable, and open to exploring AI-assisted design tools, Genuine interest in consistency, craft, and keeping design files clean, Collaborative, low-ego attitude

Support senior designers with design tasks
Create and refine UI designs
Contribute to user experience design initiatives
Maintain and expand design library
Assist in preparing wireframes and mockups
Support usability testing efforts
Contribute to design QA
Take on small design tasks independently
