ABOUT US Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We're building and scaling a high-growth D2C product used by hundreds of thousands of customers globally, and we're now entering a phase where UX is a core growth lever. We're adding new capabilities, expanding the product, and focused on improving retention, activation, and funnel performance — and we need a UX leader who can drive that. We're looking for a UX Lead who is deeply technical, data-fluent, and design-strong. You'll own UX strategy, design quality, and the research practice — not as a support function, but as a core driver of product and business performance. Today, design is mostly engineered directly in the frontend, and UX research lacks structure and direction. You will change that. This is not a 9–5 role. It's a high-ownership, high-impact position for someone who wants to build systems, lead people, and directly influence growth metrics. WHAT YOU'LL DO UX Strategy & Growth Impact - Take full ownership of UX, design quality, and user journeys across the product. - Turn UX into a measurable growth lever — directly improving activation, retention, and conversion. - Work closely with Product and Growth to design and optimize funnels, onboarding, paywalls, and retention loops. - Audit and continuously improve the end-to-end user journey — from acquisition through long-term retention. Data & Analytics (Core Strength) - Analyze product analytics independently — Mixpanel funnels, cohort analysis, retention curves, drop-off patterns. - Connect UX decisions directly to business metrics — activation rate, retention curves, LTV, conversion. - Define
