Must Have

experience in UX design, including ownership of UX work or workstreams, Solid foundation in research, interaction design, and problem framing, Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders, Experience working with AI tools, Ability to explain UX value clearly in business and delivery terms, Commercial awareness and experience contributing to scope shaping or upselling, Comfort working within structured delivery and governance environments, Interest in AI and its impact on user experience and digital solutions

Ensuring UX outputs are coherent

Reviewing UX work and providing clear

constructive direction to improve quality

Remaining hands-on when required (research

Actively positioning UX as a value-adding service

not just a delivery activity

Identifying opportunities within ongoing engagements to expand or deepen UX involvement

Working with engagement leads to shape and upsell UX scope where appropriate

Introducing UX earlier into projects (discovery

Contributing UX input into proposals

and new opportunities

Supporting sustainable utilization and growth of the UX team through credible delivery

Mentoring and guiding UX designers and researchers

Contributing to hiring

and skill development

Supporting definition of UX standards

and quality expectations

Helping build a confident UX team able to explain and defend design decisions

Acting as the senior UX representative within project and client teams

Communicating UX decisions clearly to non-UX and senior stakeholders

Advocating for UX where it brings clear value

and staying pragmatic where it does not

Helping ensure UX is seen as a trusted contributor

not only visual or executional design

Working closely with engagement leads

Balancing user needs with commercial constraints such as scope

Understanding client priorities and delivery context

Identifying and communicating UX risks and dependencies early

Mentoring and supporting UX designers in day-to-day work

Acting as a go-to person for guidance

Supporting onboarding of new team members

Contributing to shared UX standards

Helping maintain consistent expectations of UX quality across engagements

Following PwC processes related to contracts

and delivery governance

Ensuring required internal tasks are completed correctly and consistently

Operating in line with PwC standards and expectations

Proactively suggesting and designing UX AI tools

Using AI tools where they meaningfully support UX work (research

Contributing to the design of AI-enabled products and services

Considering usability

and trust when designing AI-driven features

Staying informed about changes in UX tools
