Must Have
3-5 years of successfully leading multi-disciplinary UX teams, 5+ years of user experience design for web, mobile, virtual assistant applications, 5+ years wireframing/prototyping experience with tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Demonstrate a portfolio of work with a consistent track record for solving difficult UX design problems, Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, interactions, Knowledge of digital customer behavior/design thinking, behavioral triggers and data signals, Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field
