Amazon's Global Procurement Organization is on a mission to transform how procurement works at Amazon scale. We build the technology that powers billions of dollars in purchasing decisions, and we need a UX Design Lead to shape the future of that experience. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end design and UX research for both external-facing and internal-facing procurement tools used across Amazon's global operations Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into design decisions Leverage AI and emerging technologies to simplify complex user journeys, drive efficiency, and reimagine how teams interact with procurement systems Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous, large-scale problems into intuitive experiences Set the design vision, raise the bar for quality, and mentor designers while fostering a culture of customer obsession *Why you'll love it here:* Our team thinks big and moves fast.
